Property Description

Great start on creating your own homestead on up to 6 acres of rainforest in cooler upper Mountain View area. Side by side lots were rolled and ripped for two homes several years ago with driveways, house pads, and wastewater holes. Since then, uluhe ferns have grown, but no trees have regrown. One driveway is still visible and still open, and the other is visible, but almost grown over. Enjoy the options of having grid electric or off grid self sustainability as well as fiber optic option or other high speed service. Water will be supplied by catchment--free from the sky--it's our choice for the best of both worlds! Located in the cooler rainforest area of Fern Forest, there is plenty of rain to keep all your flora green and lush and as much water as you need for home, farm, and homestead activities. Please enjoy the video tour at: https://fernforestestates.com/360/MLS722549_MLS722550/index.html Sellers disclosure describes the ground work and there are pictures of the driveway and house pad design in the photo section. Elevation is about 2100 ft, lava zone 3, flood zone X (best it gets on island), and SSPP fee noted in attached addenda.
